Donation and payment information is processed by Stripe. C. hCaptcha

Information necessary to verify that a website user is human may be shared with hCaptcha to protect the website from spam, abuse, and automated activity.

D. Scholarship Administration

When reasonably necessary to administer a scholarship or program, we may share relevant information with participating vocational schools, training providers, scholarship administrators, professional advisers, or other program partners.

We will limit disclosures to information reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
